Modular by Design
Each arrangement stands on its own, and they can also be combined. Someone who starts with dining can add garden access or move to full residence when the time feels right.
Personal From the Start
When someone joins Ming Yuet, we take time to understand their daily rhythms, preferences and what matters to them. That understanding shapes how the arrangement is delivered day to day.
Monthly, Not Permanent
All arrangements operate on a monthly basis with a one calendar month notice period. There are no long-term commitments asked of residents or their families at the outset.
Shared Dining & Tea House
Three home-style meals each day in a bright communal dining hall, plus an afternoon tea sitting where residents gather over dim sum and conversation. Menus follow the seasons and Cantonese home cooking, with kitchen staff happy to note personal tastes.
