Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ming Yuet website. By visiting this site, submitting an enquiry form, or otherwise engaging with us through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If there is anything here that is unclear, you are very welcome to call or write to us before proceeding. We are always glad to explain.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at ming-yuet.cyou, operated by Ming Yuet Senior Living Residence ("Ming Yuet", "we", "us"), located at 42 Hoi Pong Street, Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong.
Your continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. In using this site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the site.
- Use automated tools to extract content without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or organisation in communications with us.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form or contact channel.
- Use the site in any way that could damage the reputation of Ming Yuet or those associated with us.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the site for any person who we reasonably believe is breaching these terms.
3. Accuracy of Information
We take care to keep the information on this website current and correct. However, we cannot warrant that every detail is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Service descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change, and the most current information will always be available by speaking with us directly.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract. Formal arrangements are only established through signed written agreements between the parties.
4. Enquiries and Correspondence
When you submit an enquiry through our website or contact us by email, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to submit enquiries on behalf of any third party (for example, a family member) you mention.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one to two business days. Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on our part to make an offer, nor does it create any obligation on your part to proceed.
5. Residence and Service Arrangements
The service descriptions on this website — including those for our Shared Dining and Tea House, Garden and Courtyard Mornings, and Full Comfort Residence Package — are provided for general information purposes. Full details of arrangements, fees, notice periods, inclusions and conditions are set out in separate documentation provided during the enquiry and onboarding process.
Pricing shown on this website is quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and reflects the monthly rate at the time of publication. Prices may be reviewed from time to time. Current pricing will be confirmed in writing during the enquiry process.
Occupancy of any residence arrangement is subject to the availability of suitable accommodation and the execution of a formal residence agreement. We endeavour to communicate clearly and without pressure at every stage of the process.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design elements, logos, and layout — is the property of Ming Yuet or is used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content from this site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as saving a page for reference.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, map services). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of external sites and do not endorse or accept responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Ming Yuet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained within it.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, personal injury or any matter that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
